Returns + Exchanges

ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION.

At this time, all international orders are FINAL SALE due to duties complications, and we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for our international customers outside of the US and Colombia.

 

What is your exchange policy? 

All of our exchanges must be in new and unworn condition. 

If your Piña & Coco doesn't fit to your liking, please contact us .  You can exchange an item within 20 days  from the day that you receive your order. Just make sure to have the original package and product in mint condition (this includes the hat, as well as protective bag and/or box). 

We will take care of the return shipping; all you have to do is cover the shipping cost of your replacement item. Please keep in mind that we only cover the return shipping for one exchange per item.  

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection, we will let you know so you can select the new item. At this point, we will issue a new shipment label and send your new item to you!

What is your return policy?

We accept return postmarked within 20 days from the day you receive your hat. Just make sure to have the original package and product in mint condition (this includes the hat as well as protective bag and/or box).

Please note that we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will cover the price of the items; the initial shipping will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns on hats that have been damaged or torn. Our hats are made from a natural fiber and if folded, rolled too tightly or for a long time period, the fibers will start cracking and your hat may tear. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • You may request a return or exchange by contact us and we’ll issue you a return authorization number. Please include your name and order number in your email to expedite the exchange process.
  • Please include a note (or your original invoice) with your name, email, order number, and return or exchange authorization number (RA#) in your exchange package. Please note we are not liable for damages during the shipment process - please package the product(s) well!
  • Upon inspection and acceptance of your returned item, we will order a new shipping label on the same card you used to make your purchase and will ship out your new item ASAP.
  • Please keep in mind that if out of stock, your replacement item may be shipped following our regular production timeline.

 

RETURN PROCESS

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

DAMAGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email help@pinayco.com with your order number along with a photo showing the issue, and we'll take care of it.

We stand by the craftsmanship of our goods. If you have any questions or concerns about your hats, please reach out of us and we'll do our best to help you.
